Answers:
1. Do you sell to the general public?
Yes, we do sell to the general public. Webb's Leg Sling is new. Our design
patent was issued in 2004. This product is new and a lot of doctors may
not be aware of the product and its benefits. Please feel free to show
the product to your doctor and let your doctor know how well it worked
for you.
We also have limited time special internet pricing.

2. Do you sell to physicians offices?
Yes, we do sell to physicians offices. We know that some doctors may not
want to deal with another supplier directly so we are establishing relationships
with many distributors and suppliers. Ask your supplier if they carry
our product. If not, contact us and we will fulfill your needs.

4. Where can I find your product?
You may be able to find one at a local medical supply store. This is such
a new product that it may not be in your local stores yet. It will be
coming soon. Please ask for it or contact us and we will fulfill your
need.

5. What sizes do leg slings come in?
Our basic product comes in three parts.
The adjustable shoulder harness, the elastic mid-section and the shin
pad.
We have two basic sizes, a regular and large.

6. How do I know what size to order?
The size you need depends on both your height and upper body size. In
general, the regular size will fit individuals up to 6'0" and 180
lbs. If you are taller or heavier than that, we suggest ordering the large
size (which can be adjusted to fit smaller and lighter frames as well).
If you are taller than 6'6", order the large sling and the height
extender. If you have any questions, please call us on our toll free number—866-216-2002.

7. Does the sling come assembled and ready to use?
Webb's Leg Sling will be delivered in a resealable plastic bag unassembled.
Instructions for assembly and use are included. Assembly consists of merely
connecting the three components together.

8. Do you sell replacement parts of the sling?
Yes, if a part of your sling gets damaged, we will sell a replacement
part for the cost of the part, shipping and handling. Contact us at 866-216-2002.

9. Do you sell accessories parts of the sling?
We have two accessories: We have a 12 inch height extender for very tall
people. We have a 12 inch shin pad extension that accommodates big casts,
braces, or large, diabetic dressings and any other need for additional
circumference.

10. Is this an American made product?
Our product is 100% "Made in America."

11. Can you ship outside the United States?
Yes. However, we do require prepayment by wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa,
or Certified check in US funds for the entire amount including freight
and shipping charges before we send.

12. Who pays shipping charges?
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

13. What is the shipping cost?
We ship small quantities by Priority Mail through the United States Post
Office and use Delivery Confirmations to track the shipments. Large orders
can be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or any other way you prefer to assure
you get your slings. Call us and we will get you a shipping quote.

14. What is your return policy?
If your Webb's Leg Sling has a manufacturing defect contact our office
so we can get a replacement part on its way to you. We will enclose a
prepaid return envelope to send the defective part back to us.

15. What if I cannot use your product? Can I return
it?
Yes. To receive credit, you must return the sling using Priority Mail,
including
Delivery Confirmation, from the U.S. Post Office. Your package must be
postmarked within 7 days of your receipt and not be damaged to receive
credit. If outside the United States, return using a delivery service
that allows tracking. You will be responsible for the return shipping
cost.

16. Do you charge re-stocking fees on returned items?
No, not as long as the item is not damaged.

17. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We also accept checks, money orders, wire
transfers, and certified checks.
Make checks payable to LS Products LLC. There will be a $ 40.00 charge
for any checks returned for non sufficient funds.
If you need to use another form of payment contact us by calling 1-866-216-2002
to make the arrangements.

18. If I mail you a check, how soon will you get my
order?
You can add 2 to 5 days onto the expected delivery times if you choose
to mail a check in rather than using a credit card. We will ship your
order the next postal business day after receiving your check.

19. Do you accept Medicare / Medicaid / or other insurance?
At this time we do not. We do not have the approvals to process any type
of claim. We do not accept nor process any insurance claims.
Our product can be considered durable medical equipment by insurance carriers.
Your employer insurance policy can either cover these types of items or
exclude them. Thus, an insurance company would pay based on your plan.
Please check with your insurance carrier and then file for reimbursement
directly from them. We will help in any way we can with a quote, copies
of an invoice or any other supporting paperwork that you may need, however,
we do not become directly involved in the insurance process.

20. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders. They can be emailed, faxed or sent via
U. S. Post Office. See our contact page.

21. Can you send me a wholesale/DME Dealer price list?
Yes. We have volume pricing for distributors, wholesalers and large purchasers
for reselling. Please provide us with your company information. All orders
are subject to verification and payments terms at the time of order acceptance.

22. Do you have a CCR Cage / NCage code?
No. We are not listed with the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) for
government agencies and the department of defense at this time. We hope
to complete the process very soon.

23. Do you give discounts to government agencies?
Yes. We have volume pricing for wholesale/DME dealers that would be available
to government agencies. Please let us know if you are a workers' compensation
government agency or community hospital. All orders are subject to verification,
credit and payments terms at the time of order acceptance.
